It opened my eyes, and I loved it.

And it's just that, whether is a friend's fic, or someone I don't know very well, or someone I've never talked to before, when that author answers me back and say things like, 'This comment made my day!' or 'I'm so happy you like it,' or 'that's exactly what I was trying to say', for that brief moment you've made a connexion with that person, you know?

You made that person feel good, made them smile, and that's powerful, man. And from then on, when I see them again – another fic or art, another fest – I imagine they see my username and I see theirs, and we smile or nod in a, 'hey, I remember you,' kind of way, even if it was a short interaction, we're not strangers any more, because for a moment, they gave me something, a story, an art, a moment in a world they created, and because of my comment, I meant something to them, too. My Notes: This story is lovely. It has such a beautiful characterisation of Charlie, he's this gentle, sensitive man, in love with his work, with his Dragons, and when a badly wounded, wild dragon is found, he makes a connection with it, with him. Who turns to be Draco, having escaped an attack from Diagon Alley, and turned into his animagus form but is unable to turn back. And Draco, he's lovely written as well, he's learned from his mistakes, he's paying for what he did, he only needs a chance to prove himself. A lovely read.

Title: Four Times Charlie Had Authority Over Draco and One Time He Didn't by snegurochka_lee

Pairing: Charlie/Draco

Summary: It started the week after the final battle, in a Ministry holding cell with a fake Auror and a suspect who was used to doing as he was told.
My Notes: This fic has a completely different characterisation of both Draco and Charlie, and they're awesome, too, because Draco, Malfoy here, is bratty and petulant with such an attitude, but Charlie is exactly the sort of man that will teach him his place, in the yummiest way, too. There's sexual tension by the bucketload. But once their relationship develops, it's a thing of beauty. And so, so hot. :D

My Notes: iwao is one of my favourites artists, so I'm probably going to rec every single one of her arts. But this one is particular is amazing. You have to see Harry's pose. It's called "lance torero". Bullfighters do it to challenge the bull, and it's dead sexy. Oh my God, the way Harry's arm and hand is curved just so, and of course, there's Draco as a snake wrapped around Harry's cock. So yeah, it's delicious.

My Notes: I love Teddy/Harry, and this fic comes with a bit of a twist. The thing is, once Harry starts thinking about Teddy in *certain* way, he can't stop; Teddy is not going to let him. It's not only hot (so hot!), Teddy's characterisation is amazing! God! Teddy is so confident and flirty, he knows what he wants, and knows how to get it too. Poor Harry, never stood a chance. XD But don't feel bad for him, he's loving every second of it.
